system is low on virtual memory. Windows

Why is this happening to my computer?
memory is an extension of your computer's physical memory
(memory chips or RAMs). In order to be able to run multiple
programs at once, the computer looks for areas of RAM
that have not been used recently and copy them onto the
hard disk into page files. This will free up space in
the RAM to load the new application.
hard drive (virtual memory) is much slower than actual
memory chips. When you don't have enough RAM, the operating
system has to constantly swap information back and forth
between RAM and the hard disk. This is called thrashing,
and it can make your computer feel incredibly slow.
most people try to fix this error - and you are probably
doing the same - without any luck…
sure your computer is configured to allow Windows to
automatically manage the virtual memory - same problem
more RAM - no luck, error will occur, just a few minutes
little later than previously,
the setting in the Virtual Memory: according to available
space on your C:/ drive change the Initial & Maximum
size of the paging file.- no changes,
and reinstall programs, cleaning up your startup items –won’t
cookies - this is not the solution either,
about buying new hardware? - Do not! We can fix this
