The analysis requires use of a patent pending scanner software to scan the user's computer and submit the resulting scanlog to FixByWeb.com's servers. A custom fix is generated within 24 hours of the user placing an order.

2. CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION
If you make a purchase from the Web Site, you will be asked to provide your name, billing address, email and credit card information (if you have chosen credit card as payment method). FixByWeb.com will use such information only for processing your order and to send important service specific information such as receipt or invoice.
